Advanced Programs & Services
In addition to the adoption program, the Center fulfills its mission by coordinating four, no-fee community outreach programs.
PAWS: Providing Adopters With Support
PAWS pairs special needs and senior adopters with trained volunteers who help them care for their animals. Volunteers make in-home visits to deliver supplies and provide advanced care like ear cleaning and nail trimming. If you’re reluctant to adopt, please reconsider. Our PAWS program is here to help! Please view a video from a recent PAWS connection!
MYPAW: Milwaukee Youth Promoting Animal Welfare
MYPAW provides unique hands-on experiences for youth to learn about animals and animal welfare issues. Through fun, educational experiences like in- and out-of-state field trips, our youth learn about the inner lives of animals…and themselves!
Comprised of youth in grades 6-12, this group meets twice monthly October through June.

Kaleidoscopes
Kaleidoscopes is a comprehensive humane education program available to schools and community groups. To schedule an on-site or off-site experience, contact the Center today!
Spay/Neuter Wisconsin
Every year, millions of animals are born only to die in animal control agencies or to be abandoned on the streets. We believe that the only way to overcome this overpopulation crisis is through large-scale, reasonably-priced spay/neuter opportunities. If you need spay/neuter assistance, please contact us!
For more information on any of our advanced programs/services, please call 414.421.8881 or email info@milwaukeearc.org. ALL of these programs are funded entirely by private donations. To assist, please designate your program/service of choice on the memo line of your check.
